Program name: OWS Websites SMS Updates. Octo Web Solutions Limited, trading as OWS Websites, sends SMS messages only to business owners and authorised business representatives who have given consent to receive them.

How consent is obtained

Consent is collected verbally during a phone call with an OWS Websites representative, who reads the script below word for word. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists, and we never message a number that has not asked for the preview.

How consent is recorded

Before any message is sent, the representative records the answer given, the date and time it was given, the mobile number it relates to, and the version of the script that was read. Nothing is sent without a clear yes.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency: one preview message plus up to four follow-up messages, a maximum of five messages in thirty days per preview request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact partnerships@octowebsolutions.com. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile number privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the preview link and the follow-up messages described above.
